By placing an order either online or by telephone you confirm that you have read the information regarding sizing and fit, and accept the following Terms and Conditions.
How to make a purchase
Simply browse through our collection, select the size required, and add items to your basket. You will be directed to www.PayPal.co.uk, who handles our transactions. You can then proceed to checkout or continue shopping. All major credit and debit cards can be used, as well as a PayPal balance. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. If the item cannot be substituted we will refund that part of the order.
Please note we are unable to guarantee that shoes dispatched will be ‘box fresh’. They may have been tried on by customers in our store.

All prices are inclusive of any UK VAT
Handling and P&P
Most order are dispatched next day but please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. If we envisage a delay we will advise you by email. If your order is time critical please drop us an email at theoffice@sammybee.co.uk and we will see what we can do. Please ensure the address on your order is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified once dispatched.
International orders are restricted to 2 items to keep postage costs to a minimum. If you require more than 2 items please place additional orders. All international deliveries will require a signature. The customer is responsible for any import or other tax due. If the destination required is not displayed please email theoffice@sammybee.co.uk with details of the style, size, quantity and address and we will be able to give you a delivery cost.
For UK deliveries please allow up to 14 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until the 15th working day from dispatch. For European orders please allow up to 20 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until the 21st working day from dispatch. For deliveries to the Rest of the World please allow up to 25 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until the 26th working day from dispatch.
Where an item has been returned to us undelivered / uncollected, we do not provide a free redelivery. We will contact you regarding the re-delivery cost. We do not refund P&P costs for undelivered / uncollected items no longer required.

Cancellation Policy
If your order is cancelled before dispatch a full refund will be given. If the cancellation is made after dispatch the order will be treated as a return. Please see the Returns Policy.
Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, at your cost, within 21 days of purchase in an unworn condition with all tag, labels, intact, with any free gift unopened, for a full refund. We do not refund P&P costs. Include your name and address and order details. If you would like to exchange an item, please include the P&P cost determined by the value of the item as above..
Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting for your return / exchange as we cannot be liable for items not received.
All shoe care items are non returnable.
Please consider the embellishments and finishes of the fabric of shoes. Refunds and exchanges cannot be given for loose trims, missing beads, scuffs, non working lights etc as they do not interfere with the function of the shoe. Please read any care instructions included with shoes and any shoe care products.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
